This Pre Algebra Video is based on the same course I teach at the community college I work at. It has 44 topics that cover each and every aspect of basic arithmetic. Each topic is discussed thoroughly with many examples worked out in a step by step fashion. This video is designed to help students prepare for basic and college (intermediate) algebra and beyond. Topics covered include multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, decimals, fractions, percentages, and more. To succeed in math one has to master the basic skills. Higher level math builds upon lower level math and my focus is to make math enjoyable and exciting so that students look forward to future courses. Many students have math phobia because most instructors teach it as a “dry”, impersonal and boring subject that they must take. I make math fun and when students learn math my way they build skills for life, they learn how to think and can solve any similar problems in the future. My videos are creatively made to help the weakest students.
